The evacuation photo on the right is about 45 minutes earlier than the one on the left, possibly as early as 9.45am. See Pat Jack's YouTube channel for detailed shadow analysis.

It appears that the boy in red is on this video around 5:30... you see a child in red jacket, a woman and a man who appears to be dressed in blue sweat shirt separate from a group gathered in front of the ambulance on the left side of the screen.
